The Red House is the first project under Warees’ signature Wakaf Revitalisation Scheme. Using a unique institutional investments funding model, the project was funded fully by Islamic institutions.
Unlocking the value of wakaf land in District 10 through the development and lease sale of six prestigious semi-detached residential units (strata landed)
The development of Wakaf Bencoolen using a sukuk structure was the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific region. The project won the Syeikh Al-Maktoum Award.
