Lyf @ Chinatown located within Jamae Chulia Heritage is the fourth Wakaf Revitalisation Scheme (WRS) project. It is a unique commercial mixed development comprising a 90-key service residence as well as commercial retail and dining spaces. It is also the second partnership Warees has established with The Ascott Limited, a subsidiary of Capitaland Investments
The Red House is the first project under Warees’ signature Wakaf Revitalisation Scheme. Using a unique institutional investments funding model, the project was funded fully by Islamic institutions.
