As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Warees Investments, he possesses a wealth of experience from the private and public sector. He began his career in the automotive industry with BMW where he played a regional role in strategic purchasing. He later joined the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore and helmed the key profit centre where he oversaw fund collections of more than $50M and regulated community assets worth approximately $1 Billion. Today, he leads a team of real estate professionals in managing those assets in Warees
He brings 20 years of experience to Warees, ensuring every project meets its time and budget requirements. His expertise in facilities and project management drives Warees’ strategic direction and development objectives.
She brings 20 years of private-sector experience to Warees and Muis, where she oversees the asset management team and spearheads WRS projects. Rumaizah’s considerable talents in the construction industry is leveraged throughout the team at Warees.
Khuzaima has 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing. She manages Warees Group finances and cash flow including development project revenue and expenditure and the accounting of Muis Wakaf funds managed by Warees Investments. She also oversees the Group’s Corporate Services which include Human Resources and Office Administration.
